1️⃣ Data Hub: Redesign the Data Access System
Data Hub serves as Brightspace's main data-access tool, enabling administrators to filter, aggregate, and modify data collections as required.

‍I led the comprehensive redesign of this legacy tool, collaborating closely with key stakeholders (i.e., product managers and developer managers) to define project scope and vision  
‍
Additionally, I redesigned the workflow, information architecture, and user interface of the data-accessing experience. while also introducing new features to enhance the data-access experience.

2️⃣ Analytics Builder: Transitioning to a new data reporting system
We're transitioning to a new BI infrastructure and integrating new data tooling in Performance+.
‍
Collaborating with another designer, we designed migration journey from the old to the new system and ensured smooth onboarding for over 600 Performance+ clients.

My contribution extended to shaping the migration plan
and supporting the newly joined product manager. I also spearheaded accessible data visualization design guidelines documentation for the new BI system.

Under a very tight timeline and limited resources, I successfully persuaded the team to include new features such as notification system that significantly enhanced the user's migration experience.
✅ The Result: Feature shipped and impacting 150+ institutions
3️⃣ COW widgets: Unifying analytic experience
We've got numerous tools on Brightspace LMS that churn out data and insights, but they're all over the place.

Teaming up with another designer, we've crafted a strategic vision plan to streamline the insights gathering process for instructors, providing them with in-context analysis as they work.

🗄 The Result: This project was paused to roadmap and team changes.

However, learning gained from this project hugely impacted my newest project - leveraging AI to provide data insight to instructor to support learner and content intervention.
